Dear Sirs: On August 5, 2009 I have purchased "WeatherBug Elite" in your German App Store (Removed personal information). Yesterday I have updated my BlackBerry Storm device software with the result that WeatherBug Elite is not working anymore. Thus I had to uninstall it today. I would appreciate your advising me how to download and reinstall the software without buying it once again. Thanks a lot for your support. Best regards, (Removed personal information)
