Deleted BB messaging , now I want it back

Trying to help someone recover an app. They deleted the BB messaging app (red circle..three white dots) and now they want it back. Where and how do they get it?

Welcome to the forums.

 

You need to reinstall it from the OS for that device.  Install the OS on a PC that has Desktop Manager, then use Application Loader to install just BB Messenger.
