Deleting Contacts

Hello guys, i'm on the blackberry curve 9300. recently, i downloaded the google sync app to back up my contact list onto gmail. however, due to the facebook gmail sync, a lot of unwanted contacts have been added onto my blackberry via the google sync app. manually deleting these contacts on the bb is a pain. is there any way i can delete these from my laptop? i have the bb desktop manager 6 and i am on the BB OS6. any help will be appreciated.

Re: Deleting Contacts

Hi. You ccan sync your contacts to the pc or laptop as windows contact by using BB desktop software. Then delete unwanted contacts on pc or laptop. Sync back to BB. Good to go. Smiley Happy

Re: Deleting Contacts

Have you sync  your contacts to  PC?

If no then do it by using BlackBerry Desktop Software. (On Windows 7 OS)

Click on the organizer > Tick Address Book. Make note that your contacts will get sync with Windows 7(contacts).

Click on Sync button (bottom right).

After Sync check the contacts on your PC (C:\Users\ 'Your PC name' \Contacts\)

Delete or edit your contacts and Sync again. It will ask to make changes on your BB device then allow it.

Hope you get it.

Thank You.
