Deleting Email Issue

Aloha Everybody,

My boss has a Blackberry Torch 9810. He has this phone set up so that he can read the email from a MS Exchange server. When he goes to delete a message off his phone, it automatically deletes off of Outlook which is what he doesn't want. I've perused the the user manual, and looked Googled for people with similar issues, but I haven't found anything yet. I know my Blackberry Curve has an option when I go to delete email that asks me if I want to keep a copy of the email on the server. My question is then, how do I turn this option on on the Torch, and if this isn't a current feature, what is it's equivalent.

Mahalo for your input.
