I have a Bold 9900 with two email accounts on the phone, one of which I would like to remove. On my home screen, I have a separate box for both email accounts, and the email address I want to remove is one of two "Send From" options in new email messages.
When I go to Email Account Management, the address I want to delete is not there: it only lists one of the two email addresses.
Any suggestions on how to delete this account?

Welcome to the forums.
If you have removed the email account from the setup then it is possible you still have the service books for that email account on your device. To delete the service book do the following.
Go to Options - Device - Advanced System Settings - Service Books
Once in this location find the two service books that have the deleted email address listed and delete them both. Once this is done reboot your BlackBerry® smartphone and test to see if you are still having the same issue.
