Deleting word documents saved on memory?

Hi all. Newbie here with blackberry overall. Just got the storm and spending lots of time getting used to this coming from a T-mobile Razor!

I was able to save a word doc in Word-2-Go, but I can't seem to figure out how to delete it? Anyone know?

Re: Deleting word documents saved on memory?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

My first thought is you can't, you can select all and clear but there isn't a delete.

Thanks,

I can't find a way from the phone directly but you can remove it from you phone from the Media center. You can also remove it from a mirco mini card reader under the folder Documents.

Re: Deleting word documents saved on memory?

I agree totally, as you have a physical file that you can move.

You can't Open a new doc, you have to take pre stored document

I think an actual file system would have been to much to add.,

Thanks

Re: Deleting word documents saved on memory?

Go to the Media Application and press it.  Then press the Blackberry logo button.  Choose Explore. Go to and press Device Memory (or Media Card - which ever place you stored the document).  Press Home, then press User.  Choose and press Documents.  Highlight the document you wish to remove.  Press the Blackberry logo button and press Delete.  Confirm delete.  Close the application(s).

Hope this helps.

Re: Deleting word documents saved on memory?

When I go to Media, Memory Use, After it scans it shows the following:

11.9 GB used on MEdia card (16 GB card) and 39.0 MB used on Device memory (879.2MB)

Details on Media card show 80% use or 11.9 GB as Documents

Details on Device Memory show 3% use or 28.4 MB as Documents.

Problem is, I cannot find any documents on either the card or the device memory.  What gives?  What can I do?
