Desktop 7 and GroupWise 6.5 with a Bold 9930

Hello,

 

I've got several users with Bold 9930 devices unable to sync GroupWise 6.5 with Version 7 of the desktop software.

I have a Bold 9630 with Desktop Version 6 and I sync just fine.

Has RIM dropped support for wired syncing with GroupWise 6.5 in Desktop Version 7?

 

OS on Problem PCs - Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit SP1

OS on Problem-Free PC - Windows XP Pro 32-Bit SP3

At the current time it is not support by desktop software 7

Well, can I revert back to Desktop 6 to sync GroupWise calendar and contacts with a Bold 9930?

If you choose to revert that is your right however, unless you have the previous versions download file you will have to search the net for it since it is no longer available on the rim site
