Desktop Manager

Currently require Desktop manager to synchronize with MS Outlook, until we install our new email system with Blackberry cloud services. We recently upgraded to Office 2010 32bit, I was able to keep the synchronized settings if I did a in place upgrade. Once I install Office 2010, and Blackberry Desktop manager, and then try to configure the settings for the calendar, contacts, MemoPad and task, the wizard will go all the way through the steps, and the check box will then dissappear and shortly after closing the item's settings. How can I get Desktop Manager and Outlook 2010 to work together?
