Thanks in advance for any help its much appreciated. Several users at my workplace have to sync shared calandars to their devices which is done using the DTM.
We have just received new Bold devices and when trying to sync one of the users devices when syncing the selected shared calandar (Microsoft Exchange public folder) its gets to about 90% (26500 entries approx) and the software crashes.
I have scoured the web for solutions but can't find anything definitive. They are mainly associated with old versions of the desktop software and older versions of windows. I am using the latest version 7.1 and windows 7. Some post suggests its related to a particular calandar entry that its failing on however I dont know how to go about figuring which record it is.
