Desktop Manager Crashes

When I try to sync my BB8120 with Outlook 2003 via Desktop Manager 4.3 it "encounters a problem and needs to close."  sometimes this happens during the sync process often it happens when I open the Desktop Manager.  I've tried reinstalling the program, but it does not seem to help.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
