Desktop Manager is crashing before it even opens - have followed the clean uninstall instructions (modified registry, etc), uninstalled and reinstalled .net, rebooted, etc. Does not get far enough to have a log to include. Have clean, current version of download - Desktop manager is still not opening. Do not have dual monitors, tried the font trick, no luck. On Windows 7. We do not have BBEnterprise so my torch calendar and contacts are not current - Any advice before I jump to an iPhone or Droid ? Thanks in advance !

there are links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
