Desktop Manager Error

When sycihng the calendar with my blackberry bold 9780, I get the follwing error:

 

Synchronization error. An erro has occurred during this operation. and prior I received,

 

Cpreference: Configuration value for /Preference/Pin********/Calendar/Sid not set in Transconfig.xlm

 

I verified the advanced options and they are fine. Any ideas?

The best I can recommend is a clean "start over"...something in one of the configuration files is corrupt, but diagnosing that at a detail level might be challenging. Hence, starting over might be your best bet...here's a process:
