Looking for help, please.....
Still using BlackBerry Tour 9630 (and old version 22.214.171.1242).
Just purchased new computer so moving from Windows XP (32 bit) running Office 2003 to Windows 7 (64 bit) running brand new Office 2013.
Is it possible to just download Desktop Manager from CD I received with the phone and make this work?
Yes, the phone is outdated as I haven't wished to part with it! Updates not taken in quite a while at the suggestion of both Verizon and RIM due to technical problems. I never thought I would hold onto the phone this long.
A challenge, I know!
Can anyone help?
Thanks so much.

It might be better to open www.blackberry.com/desktop in your browser and download the latest version from there.

I had taken a look at the downloads as I thought that was the best route. However, I didn't see a download available for the version of the 9630 that I have. I suspected that would be a problem which is why I thought about using the CD.
Do you know if the most current version of Desktop Manager for the 9630, as listed in the downloads, would work on all earlier versions of the phones' operating systems?
I appreciate the help.
