Desktop Manager Software for PC

I am having SOME success with the Desktop Software, but...I don't understand why none of the right click, drop down boxes don't work. Everything is just all grainy. Please help!

Exactly what are you trying to do with desktop manager? Backup od device data??? or trying to restore data???

I am doing all that you mentioned. Just whenever I try to right click on anything I can't read anything in the space that shows up. It is just grainy. It seems as though I should be able to see and use what is there. My help at the top right of the screen doesn't even work. It does the same thing. What does yours do?

uninstall it and reinstall the software... PC or MAC you can go to www.blackberry.com then to software.
