Thanks for that confirmation! We're trying to use a hosted service and apparently none of them support serial bypass, or even know what it is or how it is configured in the BES.

So far we cannot get it to work. It just seems like the BES cannot send packets back to the simulator and finish the activation process. It starts but won't finish.
