BB Curve 8310; eOffice Ver 4.5.044
I am having problems with the eFile application of eOffice. eFile is on the BB; eFile Desktop is on the PC. The eFile Desktop will not communicate with the BB even though the BB is connected.
When I view the Applications in Desktop Manager, the eFile application is checked but "grayed out". I cannot uncheck or delete.
Question - What possibly caused the "gray out"? How can I fix the "gray out" so I can uncheck/delete the application?
