Re: Desktop Manager

Since only device software from your provider is supported on your device, that is what the Desktop Software is looking for and will recognize.

Do you have a data plan with your wireless provider? This article may explain the message you are receiving about an active BlackBerry subscription.  http://bbry.lv/jdd9bc

Re: Desktop Manager

As the article states, you will need an active data plan to update your device software from 5.0 to 6.0.
