I have the same error.
Error 1723. There is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complet could not be run... Action RepairRimusbDriverNT...
My phone used to connect on this computer, but now it won't charge or connect. My phone also will not charge if connected to another computer. If connected to another comupter windows says the usb device is unrecognizable.
If this is a hardware issue with the phone, is there a way to back-up my contacts onto the microsd card?
