Desktop Manger Synchronization

Desktop Manger 5.0 is installed and does not successfully sync to Tour 9630 with MS Outlook 2007.  The Intellisync 0x3b21 warning repeats consistently.  How can this warning be eliminated?  Also, there is no email sync (not corporate or personal).  What are the correct responses to email related pop-ups?

Here are a couple of KB's about that error code...hopefully they still relate to 5.0 (it looks like they have not been updated yet):

KB17307 "Warning encountered. Warning code - 0x3b21. Check documentation" error appears when configuring the synchronization in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager

The correct responses to email related pop ups will depend on your situation...BES, BIS, desktop redirector, USB sync, etc.

Thank you.  I followed the KB17307 guidelines, and it failed because there is no Blackberry Desktop Manager.msi file on the system.  I wonder if that is becaue 5.0 is different than previous versions.  Also, to clarify one piece of the initial message, I am trying to set this up for no email sync -- just sync of contacts and calendar.  Woudl it be advantageous for me to get rid of the 5.0 version and use one of the older 4.x versions?
