Desktop Manger 5.0 is installed and does not successfully sync to Tour 9630 with MS Outlook 2007. The Intellisync 0x3b21 warning repeats consistently. How can this warning be eliminated? Also, there is no email sync (not corporate or personal). What are the correct responses to email related pop-ups?

Here are a couple of KB's about that error code...hopefully they still relate to 5.0 (it looks like they have not been updated yet):

The correct responses to email related pop ups will depend on your situation...BES, BIS, desktop redirector, USB sync, etc.
