Desktop Software Upgrade = Fail to Load after install/re-install/any option possible!

My Blackberry Desktop Software told me last week that I can upgrade my software...so I did internally through the software program itself...now my program will not load at all. I keep on getting this message and Windows is not helping one bit with the link they provided at the bottom. I have unistalled everything of Blackberry on my laptop, and re-installed (new software, didn't work, so back tracked and still didn't work!!!)

Check online for a solution and close the program (I have tried this option and nothing opens or happens in result of selection!)
