I have downloaded the Desktop Software to my computer, but when I attempt to connect my Blackberry device as instructed it just keeps attempting to connect and cannot do so. I am assuming this is because my phone shut itself down yesterday and keeps attempting to reboot giving me an applciation error 606, which when I phone my provider for support, is a necessary software upgrade, therefore my phone is acting as if the battery is not charged and so I cannot connect to download the software upgrade that I need to do in order for it to function. Any suggestions???
