Desktop manager 4.2.2.14 completes sync then stops working

I am using DM 4.2.2.14 with a curve 8310 and vista + Outlook 2003.  This has been working fine for about a week but suddenly has started to stop working once it has finished syncing.  I have tried repairing the install but no change.  Any ideas please?

HI,

 

First perform a clean umistall of the DM, make sure that the registry and all files are completely removed.

Can you think of any new programs or upgrades that were added  before the problems occurred?

Thanks for the advice.  This seems to have worked - fingers crossed that it lasts.  To answer your question - nothing changed or was added to the previous installation.
