Device Reboot

Inquiring why it takes my device 5-10 minutes to reboot. It gets about 2/3's of the way and it stops for several minutes before it continues to finish rebooting. What's causing the delay and what can I do to fix it?

Re: Device Reboot

This is a general case with most blackberry's. It is caused when you have a number of third party apps that have to be checked and security checked. This could also be cause by any third party apps that run in the background upon start up. A simple solution could be simply having a clear out of any un used apps, or changing permissions in the app.

Just a note for anyone that queries this, this was nearly quoted from a Blackberry technician that I phone coz I had the same problem
