Device Switch Wizard - BBM contacts not updating

I tried to do a device switch from my BB9300 to my BB9900,

First error is that it tells me that there is not enough space on my device and then if I exclude the option to update Sofware is asks me to remove BB App and Whats App before the transfer is completed.

Once i have removed those two appications the wizard is completed and tell me it was a success.  Except my BB contacts are not updating on my new device.


I did this previously with no problem.  What can be wrong?

Plug your phone back in to BlackBerry Desktop Software and load a backup file to your phone or do the same using BlackBerry Protect, if you have it installed.
