Device (bb bold 9790) not starting

Hello,

 

I can t seem to get my device started.  It doesn t seem to be the battery, I understand it is the software that is problematic.  Is there a way to "hard" reset the device ?

If the device cannot start, there is no way to do anything at all with it. However...from the symptoms you have provided, I cannot reach the same conclusions you have reached. Is there more information that leads you to these conclusions?
