Device connection

I updated my desktop software and now my device wont connect.  Any help please.

Hi there,

The first two things to try are to reboot your computer and perform a battery pull on your BlackBerry - while the device is on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert and wait for the device to reboot.
