My Bold 9900 is not showing up when I log on to the Blackberry Protect Site. The Site is saying 'To add a device to this account, load the BlackBerry Protect Application onto your device from the BlackBerry AppWorld '.
I have reinstalled the Protect App and have even completed a backup.
Any help with resolving this would be much appreciated.
