I have bought Blackberry bold 9900. I can use GPRS to sync the mail, calendar, browse internet and so on, but this is a little bit expensive and I have wifi at home so I want to use it instead of GPRS
How can I disable GPRS (so that I'm sure that the phone doesn't sync or use internet through it) and enable wifi so that the phone only can use this to avoid huge bill for cell phone?
I understand, that I can't use BBM and some few other apps with wifi, but let say I want to check only my gmail account, browse internet at home on WIFI, send/receive sms and answer calls.
If I disable "data services" in "mobile network" wifi stays connected, but I can't browse.
Can anyone comment please?
Thanks in advance
