I updated my Curve 9300 to the latest software via the desktop manager. There was a break in the connection during the update, and it had to be re-done.
After I had updated, my phone says "device locked" - but it will not bring up and option to put in the password? I click on "unlock" but nothing happens.
I tried reverting back to the old OS, but the problem remains?
When I connect via the desktop manager, it asks for my device password, and I can connect that way, but on the device itself, everytime I click on unlock, nothing happens.
