DocumentToGo disappeared

Hello there I use a BlackBerry torch 9800 and my DocumentsToGo has mysteriously disappeared which has prevented me from accessing my documents. I have tried to download it but I have been unable to. Please can someone help Thanks

home screen >> options >> advanced >> applications
in the applications list, can you see the app ?

this is really strange.

install the Desktop Software on your PC.
connect your device. at some point it will enable you do upgrade the OS on your 9800. You can do it, but it is not mandatory. In the process, you will be able to choose some apps to be installed (for example Google Talk or Word Mole), and in the list, there should be the premium version of Documents To Go.
