Don't have the "Create e mail address" option

Hi, I'm trying to get e mail set up, but I only have the "I want to use a work e mail account" option or the "I want to skip e mail setup" option.  There isn't an option for me to set up a new e mail or link into my existing gmail.


Help!  Any advice is appreciated.  Thank you

Do you have the "BlackBerry Data Plan" from your carrier?


When you get that established on your account with your carrier, the icon will appear. You may need to pull the battery at some point to reboot and install that carrier Service Book which will be pushed to you device by your carrier.
