i also have the same problem my friends and afteer contacting bb customer service i noticed that they do not even know whether it is a software problem or hardware problem. now i started to think how ridiculous company rim is. they define and advertise bolds' keyboards as "legendary" but they do not even know that the keyboards they produce stutter!

This is not fare.
RIM is being so irresponsible about this issue.
48 pages of users who trust on RIM buying their phones and that's how they pay. Not a word.
I'll change to android, I will not spend 1 cent on BlackBerry. Not any more.

the best thing to do is throwing it to trash because bb customer service really does not pay attention to our problems. really what an embarrasing situation for rim!

As with thousands of people reporting the same issue I just want to add myself to this maddening keyboard stutter issue. I send numerous emails and bbms a day because of my work and this unit is driving me crazy. Only 5 months into my 3 year plan I am seriously looking at ditching this unit. RIM must come up with a decent fix or allow people to swap out these practically useless phones. This goes beyond mere coincidence that if RIM wants to keep loyal customers they must do something. I have tried everything short of opening the unit up in trying to get a fix for this. My Curve 8330 ran 10 times better than this piece of junk.
