Hi,

Does your company support  Microsoft Outlook web access? That would be the best option.

Here is that way your email reconciliation would work with the three options:

You can setup a Pop3 or IMAP account for your Storm. Here is how you can do it.

We do support Outlook web access but would our IT/Telecom team need to make any changes on their end?

Hi,

They would have to provide you the domain info, and may have to change settings on your account.

Nothing major, no hardware  changes. No major software changed, just some keystrokes!

Run the link past your IT guys, and I'm sure they will agree.
