Downloaded App and not on my playbook

I downloaded the Bards Tail app and I receieved a receipt saying I purchaes the app but it is not on my playbook?  If I check my app world, it is not on there and if I click on the app, it is saying I must purchase it again.

 

Just looking for some help.

Please try clearing the AppWorld cache:
