Downloaded Apps for Instant Messaging That Don't Work

I have downloaded WhatsApp, LINE and Touch via BB AppWorld and they do not work after installing.  The error message is like this one for WhatsApp: "Error starting WhatsApp: Error loading modue "WhatsApp" Verify Error".  Please help resolve this error.

Start with the most basic of remedies, a battery pull.  Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
