Downloading Blackberry Software to PC

My computer will not allow me to download the nessesary software to enable connecting my Blackberry to my PC and Sync-ing. I have tried several times, any suggestions.

What necessary software you need to for your Blackberry device ? if you need Blackberry desktop software then downloading from here Download Blackberry Desktop software

It is that exact desktop software that my computer says "the installation files cannot be validated. Please verify the installer package and try again." I have tried many times but always get this message and I am not sure what else to try. Smiley Sad

Hello!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB28396 When installing the BlackBerry Desktop software the following error is received "The installation files cannot be validated. Please verify the installer package and try again."
