Downloading worldwide plug-in

Hi, I have a Blackberry curve and puchased an app which has been debited from my account.  When I go on pc to download it, asks you to wait for the worldwide plug-in to install before you press download.  Problem is that the plug-in is not installing so I am not able to access the application I purchased.  Please help?? Thanks

Is it Worldwide or AppWorld plug-in ? Can you try this KB :


KB29599 AppWorld Web Plug-in Error appears when attempting to install applications from a computer


But always the best way to download app is via our BlackBerry browser Over the Air.
