Dragon for Email on my BB Bold 9650 - Error Message

I am getting increasingly annoyed at trying to dictate in my email using the Dragon for email on my BB.  First it works ok for about one time.  Then when trying to use it again, I get the following error message.


"Please wait for the existing commands to complete".


I'm not running any other app. I'm using the left button on the side for the dragon app but when I'm not in email, it is also the voice command button.  It is supposed to distinguish between the two.  I've also set the left button key to "nothing" when I'm in the keyboard setup, like it says to do.  I'm on OS 5.1.1.


I've tried re-installing the app.  I've tried turning the phone on and off again.  I've even taken the battery out and put it back in.  It is just not working.  I'm losing time trying to figure it out.  Has anyone else ever come up against this message?
