Re: Driver/Connection Problems

Hi,

Look in the hardware device manager and see if you have any conflicts.

Re: Driver/Connection Problems

No conflicts persay, but it isn't recognized.  When I manually tell it where the driver is it says that the driver doesn't recognize my device.

Re: Driver/Connection Problems

Instead of telling where to find it, let it search the Microsoft database for it.

If it can't find it, try this one.

Thanks,

Re: Driver/Connection Problems

I have tried letting it automatically search in the past.  I updated the driver info but it still returning with the same results.

This is the response when I let it search automatically:

This is the response when I tell it where the driver is:

Re: Driver/Connection Problems

My brother in law has the same computer and installed the software and was able to connect to my blackberry, so it must be an issue with my computer.  It is weird that I can connect to my 8310 though and not the 9000.  Is it possible that my antivirus software would be blocking it?
