Driver/Connection Problems

I cannot connect to the Bold but can connect to my old 8310.  When trying to connect the Bold windows says that the device is not recognized, and when  directing windows to the driver it says that the driver (RimUsbNT.inf) does not support my device.  Obviously the desktop manager doesn't detect the device either.  Is there an updated driver?

Re: Driver/Connection Problems

Hi,

When you installed 4.6 did you install the updated USB drivers as well?

If not use the attached clean un-install procedure for removing the Desktop Manager

and then load the USB drivers. Then load the 4.6 software from the link provided.

Thanks,
