Dropped Blackberry torch 9800 in a puddle

I dropped my phone in a little puddle last night and it went all weird and it still worked but then i took the battery out and put my phone and battery in rice... i then tried to turn it on again and it wouldnt turn on. the white strip near my battery didnt go red or pink which indicates water damage.. then i connected my phone to the charger and after about an hour it worked again for about 2 hours then went dead again....

can anyone help me at all with what to do as all my contacts and work things are on there ! Smiley Sad

If you get it working first thing you do is use
Blackberry Protect and back your phone up. You can get it in App World.
THE BITTERNESS OF POOR QUALITY, LINGERS LONG AFTER THE CHEAPNESS OF PRICE, IS SOON FORGOTTEN.

For how long did you leave it in the dry rice? You need about 3-5 days.
