I have a MS exchange email account set on my blackerry and evrything was fine. Yesterday the email did not work and I received a message from Blackberry that the account was not working. I deleted the email account on the blackberry server and readded. It now works but I receive duplicate emails on my phone. The outlook mailbox does not receive duplicates. What is the cause?

I'm asking some friends to look at this. This is through BES? you may have to get rid of the email account on the device and do another activation.
