Duplicate appointments

I just upgraded the software on my worldphone and had to reactivate my enterpise email.  When I did I got duplicates of all my appointments.  Is there a way to automatically erase dupliacte appointments without going through them one by one?

Well...automatic...hmmmm...since you are on BES, what you can do is wipe out the BB entirely and allow the reactivation to happen again. But, what I'd advise is that you work with your BES admins...this should not have happened. They may want to control the process to be sure. For instance, I can see that a good approach might be:

 

1) Remove the BB from BES

2) Wipe the BB completely

3) Activate the BB in BES

 

But, your BES admins really need to be consulted IMHO.
