Duplicate emails

I have a blackberry bold 9900, and it has worked fine for nearly 2 years.  

My company recently moved from a rackspace hosted email system to a Microsoft exchange server.  And immediately after that I started getting two copies of every email sent to my work email.  I deleted the work email account from the phone and the reinstalled it.  That did not fix the problem.  I have hunted for every other setting I could think of and nothing seems to fix it.  Any suggestions?

Of note the second email might come in anywhere from 1 minute or several hours after the first.
