I am using office 365 for my email. Message to my bold 9900 are delivered twice. Vodafone my mobile provider say it is a problem with office 365. Microsoft say it is a blackberry problem.
It happened about a year ago and then stopped after a month or so but this time it's been going on for 2 months or more.
I've re-set my bold to factory condition, deleted and re-installed my email but still no change. It only happens with my email address for office 365 wile my gmail addresses are running fine.
If anyone has a fix for this please ?

To better assist you, If you open a set of the duplicate email you receive, what does it say for received using at the top?
If the messages are received from the same address please review Cause number 5 in the following article:
