E-mail set up again

Hi,

 

I have just switched from a curve to a bold. I have tried to search the previous posts on this issue and not found the answer that has helped. I am getting the following error:

 

Invalid e-mail address. Verify your e-mail address and password. If the error persists, contact your provider.

 

I have contacted my provider who states I have the incorrect information even though I got it from my e-mail account on my laptop and I have contacted the web-host and they said we are using the correct information but he doesn't know anything about BB.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I had no problem setting up my Yahoo e-mail account.

So we have verified the e-mail address. - It is fine

 

and this e-mail was working on the BB playbook. were there changes that would make e-mail not work now?
