E-mail

I don't know how to appear my inbox at the email setup.It only shows me the sent messages and doesn't notify me for incomming emails..Please help

To begin with, make sure you have BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) registered with your cell carrier.  Without it, messages will not get pushed to your phone.  If you do, proceed.  If not, call your carrier to activate it.

 

In your phone's browser type www.blackberry.com/integrate .  Next, register your phone on the network,

Once you've done that, resend the service books just to be sure,

Once all that is done, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

In the host routing table i have some data appeared.That means it's already registered...

I am using a data plan..

What else to do?
