I have a Curve 8320 and my EDGE sign hasn't been in capital letters in a few days. When it not capitalize I'm unable to get on the internet. Is there a reason why it does that?

Were you in an area where you didn't have a good signal? 9 times out of 10 if you reset the BlackBerry by leaving the battery out for 1 min then put it back in, the signal will go back to normal. Try resetting it and let us know

If giving a soft reset doesn't solve your problem then notify this issue to your carrier. This is not a problem of your device rather its your carriers radio coverage issue.
