EMAIL HELP

Hey guys,

 

I recently just swapped phones with a buddy, and we both cleared our phones out and everything.  But what I noticed was that I cannot set up my email addresses on the blackberry he gave me.  I tried logging in to his username and pw, and it said that his account was suspended, but when i try to create a new account, it says the PIN is already taken? 

 

What can I do?!?!  Help please!

call your service provider and ask them to either enable your friends account ( i guess he has to call for that, assuming you guys have same service ptovider) or tell them to release PIN from your friends account and you create a new one
