heloo, i have this Error 513 reload on my phone, i don't know what to do. i have already went to blackberry repair to fix may phone, but unfortunately they can't fix it. when  I was trying to connect to my computer desktop, i remove some data cause i don't know. suddenly my blackberry didn't running and then shuting down. almost 7 times i restart my phone but still just look loading and can not see homescreen.  How can I clear this message and restore my phone? Thanks so much. From Indonesia

The BlackBerry Security checks failed verification and the BlackBerry smartphone will not start. This may have occurred as a result of exceeding the maximum allowable attempts when entering the BlackBerry smartphone password incorrectly. If this is the case, please follow the workaround instructions.
